Where: Hwy 78 - Off of Atlanta

As a restaurant, we use tons and tons of resources everyday. This goes from eggs, milk, and all the way to fish and other meat projects. We need ingredients from every catogory in order to make different types of foods. For example, we will need fish to make sushi. This is also not limited to only food. Our resources also carry out to what is needed to make the building we have. This includes bricks, stones, cement, wood, plastic, glass, and more.

We mainly get our resources from neighboring communities and sponsors. As we help their communities out, the also perform services for us that will enhance our business. Going along with that, we also get our different resources from manufactoring companies as well as factories and warehouses where things are made and stored. We get some our of resources (along) with decorations from companies such as Azure Green.

Lunar Legacy is located on Highway 78 right when you are coming to and leaving from Atlanta. This location was decided due to the amount of people that come through there and people like to go out to eat as they head out on the interstate or going on a long drive. It will also mean that people will notice us and that we will gain more popularity and acknowledgement as more and more people pass by and visit the restaurant.

Our restaurant has a bit of a complexed interior so it does use up a lot of resources. There is one main lobby where you can actually take sambles of the foods from different cultures from around the world. Here, you can also enjoy full-on American food and entertainment as well. If you want to explore and eat foods from a specific culture that we have then you can come and go to the different rooms that are designed and decorated for a specific culture. For example: Our Greek room is made entirely of limestone. Being relatively low in cost, it is affordable. It is also what ancient greek buildings were made out of along with marble. The Greek room even contains statues of the different Greek pantheons. You can also see the difference in our Chinese room because it is mainly compiled of wood and decorated to where you sit on cusions as opposed to chairs or booths. Please see the Captial & Entrepreneurship page for more information regarding the building.

Lunar Legacy has around 104 employee's up to this day and we keep on growing. We have certain aspects to the way we hire and work with someone.

Normally waiters and waitresses get hand-on training with the assistance of other co-workers. Our servers need to be skilled in balance, positivity, and the fundamental areas that cannot be trained in. We want to bring a friendly and family-like atmosphere to Lunar Legacy and can only hope that our workers being that with them. Assistant managers in Lunar Legacy are in charge of the waiters and waitresses and ensuring that they get their job done. They are in charge of watching over the waiters and waitresses and to be there when someone needs help. There will be at least one assistant manager in every room and they have the same power and amount as the head chef.

Managers are in charge of the overall well-being of the restaurant. They must make sure that the rooms are functioning and have enough of what they need. They go through every room and make sure everything is alright.

Cooks; however, are different. Our cooks have to be pre-trained or have knowledge on the types of foods that are being created. We generally seek for employees of these specific cultures that they are apart and know of. This means they need to be good at preparing the food for the buffets. Cooks are lower than chefs and chefs are lower than the head chef. There is a head chef that is in charge of ensuring that the chefs are doing their jobs. The head chef runs the entire kitchen and makes sure that is runs smoothly and nothing goes wrong. The chef is in charge of the specific kitchen that is designed for preparing the food of a certain culture. The cooks are the ones in charge maintaining and preparing the food along with the chefs. He culture has around 5-6 chefs preparing the food.

Janitors are also an important aspect of our business. They are entitled to keeping our restaurant clean and spotless. We do not want anyone who is lazy with their work and not staying on active duty. The janitors need to work with the waiters and waitresses to ensure that the restaurant stays nice, clean, and moving along fast when a group of people is done eating and leave. At least three janitors shall be presented in every room.

Waiters, Waitresses, Cooks, & Janitors = $10+

Chefs and Assistant Managers = $13.65

Head Chef and Managers = $16.02

Lunar Legacy also gives special discounts to the employees and their friends if they dine at the restaurant together. We also provide Happy Holiday bonuses as an extra holiday treat. We will also pay for any major health issues that occur while working on the job after an extended period of time.
